Loved the overall look, the casino, and the exclusive feel. Best pool of the 3 connecting hotels (refer to picture). Hotel staff was great, one of my rooms got upgraded to the Aqua Suite free of charge - where I let my parents stay. But my King Club Room had the better view IMO.

Best days to start the new year! We had an amazing experience during our recent stay at Hyatt Regency. My family loved the amenities, the good choice of foods and the exceptional service of staff. Check-in and out were hassle free. If given a chance I will definitely stay again here before going back to work.

Exceptional Service and Memorable Stay We recently stayed at this hotel for two nights, and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating the perfect environment for relaxation. A special mention goes to Ate Rose, who provided exceptional service and made us feel so well taken care of during our stay. Her attention to detail and genuine warmth truly stood out, leaving a lasting impression on us. We also want to commend Sir Brian at the reception area for his efficiency and professionalism in processing everything seamlessly. From check-in to check-out, he ensured everything went smoothly, making our experience stress-free. The combination of impeccable service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a dedicated team made our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and will undoubtedly return for another visit in the future!

The Hyatt Regency Manila, City of Dreams has spacious, modern rooms that are super comfy and clean, with top-notch amenities. The staff is really professional and attentive, often going the extra mile for guests. There are plenty of dining options, offering both international and local dishes that are tasty and set in a nice atmosphere. The hotel also has great facilities like a fitness center, pool, and spa, making it perfect for both business and leisure stays. It's conveniently located in the City of Dreams complex, so entertainment is just a stone's throw away, and it's close to the airport too. Overall, it's a luxurious and comfy place to stay, with high standards and great attention to detail.

The room itself was very modern, stylish and comfortable. The bathroom was a masterpiece to be honest, beautiful tiling and very clean. Attention to detail was also noticed, the hotel itself is beautiful, the detail and effort that has gone into the design and functionality of the hotel and surrounding common areas is exceptional. The service we received through our store was memorable and we will definitely be back to this hotel next time we are traveling to the Philippines. The casino, restaurant and amenities were world class to say the least. Do yourself a favor and get a spa treatment while you are there, well worth it and feels amazing!

Room/Suite was enormous and room facilities excellent. Bed & pillows super comfortable. Access to Lounge & related food/drink & services was very good. Excellent staff throughout the hotel. Hotel facilities throughout was excellent, variety of restaurant within the complex caters for most if not all tastes. Walking distance to shopping mall, short drive/shuttle to MOA and 8 min drive to (on toll road) to airport.
